Return & Refund Policy

 

Return Window Returns are accepted within 1 year of the date the item is received.

 

Eligibility

 

Items must be undamaged to be eligible for return.

 

Items with quality defects are eligible for a full refund, including both outbound and return shipping fees covered by us.

 

Returns due to personal preference (no quality issue) are accepted, but return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

 

Cancellation & Refunds

 

Orders that have not yet shipped will be refunded in full within 24 hours of the cancellation request.

 

Custom Orders

 

Custom/personalized orders that have not yet shipped are eligible for a 60% refund.

 

Once shipped, custom orders are non-refundable.
